What is a wishlist and how does it work?

Your wishlist is a place you can save all of the items on our site you like and want to come back to. You can even put items you think your mum or your friends would like and email them so they can see what you’ve handpicked for them. Simply click the ‘Add to Wishlist’ button on the product details page for it to be added. Print the list if you know someone needs a nudge in the right direction for a gift for you. Please note any item you save to your wishlist is not on hold. If you place it in your wishlist, it can still be purchased by other customers.

What do I do if the item I want is no longer online?

We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it, but it’s no longer listed or out of stock. Some of our most popular products will run out very quickly, so you do need to be quick and get it before someone else does. As we try to keep our products fresh, we add new items regularly so you might just find something similar to the one you were looking for. If you recall the specifics of an item that was once listed as available on our site, and wish to enquire as to whether it can be supplied once again, please contact us (using the contact form located here) and we will respond as soon as possible and advise whether the item can be supplied via a special order.
